Cinational Pharmacy (CNG) summary: Tadalafil (CMPTCN) is a non-prescription drug used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. It is a significant and effective treatment option for many men with ED. This medication works by increasing blood flow to the penis, helping to achieve and maintain an erection. Tadalafil tablets 20mg have been of significant help in treating ED and are indicated for adult men who have been struggling with erectile dysfunction. Consequently, Tadalafil may be a good option for some men who do not manage their ED adequately. CMPTCN is indicated for the treatment of male pattern baldness and the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Both BPH and CMPTCN are intended to be used only as long as the specific BPH condition being treated is satisfactory for the individual patient. Therefore, BPH must be successfully treated with tadalafil to prevent the progression of the condition. With the increasing use of prescription ED medications, there may be limited assistance available in the treatment of BPH. Consequently, patients may be advised to use tadalafil more or less frequently than medically necessary. There is also growing evidence that tadalafil may help with both BPH and CMPTCN treatment. However, individual experiences and the specific BPH condition being treated may vary. It is likely that some men will find this medication effective and sufficient treatment for their specific condition. Consequently, potential side effects and drug interactions may occur in some patients. In these cases, tadalafil may be recommended for further investigation and/or treatment. In summary: Tadalafil (CMPTCN) is a potent medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. It is indicated for the treatment of male pattern baldness and the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Efficacy and safety of tadalafil (CMPTCN) were tested in a broad-based randomised study of 416 men with ED. Tadalafil (CMPTCN) caused a statistically significant improvement in the erectile function domain score ( EF score), the sexual desire domain, the Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) domain, and the PSA-PSA-PSA-10 (PSA-PSA-10) between groups. There was also a statistically significant improvement in the EF score on the Prostate-Specific Antigen ( PSA-PSA-10) on days 3 to 8 of the study. There was also a clinically significant improvement in the PSA-PSA-10 on days 3 to 8 of the study. Overall, the treatment of ED with tadalafil (CMPTCN) had a demonstrated efficacy in terms of the EF score, the PSA-PSA-10, and the PSA-PSA-10-improvement. However, there was also a small, but statistically significant, improvement in the PSA-PSA-10-improvement on both the the EF score and the PSA-PSA-10-PSA-10-benefit.Whether you can take Tadalafil at the same time as your other medications will depend on which medications you are taking.
You are required to complete a short medical consultation questionnaire that asks for any medications that you are prescribed from your GP and will indicate the medications that can’t be taken alongside Tadalafil.
